Recruitment process management and support
SOS HR Services are able to provide a full service recruitment process or we will manage and support clients with any part of the recruitment process including:

  • Developing a position description (or gaining an understanding of an existing position description)
  • Developing a person specification for the role
  • Writing advertisements
  • Posting advertisements on appropriate websites
  • Answering candidate queries in relation to advertisements
  • Screening candidates and presenting and reviewing long list with Hiring Manager
  • Initiating additional search processes and contacting potential target candidates
  • Conducting behavioural interviews with candidates
  • Providing written interview reports on shortlisted candidates to Hiring Manager and answer any questions they may have
  • Organising psychometric and skills assessments for candidates (if required)
  • Organising hiring manager interviews
  • Organising any additional meetings or appointments required
  • Conducting telephone reference checks on preferred candidate/s
  • Organising forensic checks on candidate/s (if required)
  • Negotiating offers
  • Regretting all unsuccessful candidates at appropriate stages throughout the process
  • Ensuring your applicant tracking system/s are kept up to date
