is owned and managed by Suzanne O'Shea and was established in 2013. Prior to branching out on her own, Suzanne had an extensive career working in professional services with exposure to clients across a variety of industries. She has a practical approach to most situations and focuses on simplicity and value. Suzanne now supports small businesses manage human resources and talent.

As a Senior Manager in the Executive Search and Selection team of a Big 4 firm, Suzanne managed a national team of experienced recruitment professionals in Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Her responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment of staff across all divisions of the firm, from juniors through to Directors. This role extended to assisting external clients, in a variety of industries, with recruitment, remuneration benchmarking, and human resource project advice. Suzanne also managed the development and implementation of a national applicant tracking system for experienced hires, in conjunction with the graduate team.

In 2013 and 2014 Suzanne was an active Committee member for the Brisbane Irish Festival which managed the Brisbane St Patrick's Day Parade, coordinating meetings, event publications, and all associated tasks.
